If your purchase doesn't work out...

For In Store Purchases:

• Merchandise, excluding beauty, b-six products, and swim may be returned within seven (7) days of purchase for a full refund and fourteen (14) days for a store credit depending on eligibility listed below.

For Online Purchases:

• Please email hello@theParlorRoomVA.com within seven (7) days of receiving your item(s) so we can determine return eligibility.
• Once return is approved, you are responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item(s).
• Approved returns MUST arrive at The Parlor Room within fourteen (14) days of receipt to be eligible for a refund and should be shipped to :: The Parlor Room, 1554 Laskin Road, Suite 114, Virginia Beach, VA 23451.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning your item(s), as we are not responsible for any items that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.
• Once your return is received, we will notify you via email and will advise if your refund has been approved.
• Online orders may also be returned in store.

Return Eligibility:

• Merchandise eligible for return must not be worn, used, altered, or washed, and must include original packaging with all original tags still attached.
• Final Sale, Beauty, B-Six products, Gift Cards & Swim items may not be returned.
